You can use Slack to ask me questions. Often you will get a real-time reply. A service inquiry is still the preferred way to reach me initially, as it asks a bunch of questions that make conversation much easier.
If you use my Slack workspace, I suggest using the direct message feature. Use one of my regular channels and anyone on the channel can see your questions and replies.
