This version fixes a bad join between the phpbb_banlist and the phpbb_users table. Details are here.
The version can be downloaded from my selective mass emails page or from the GitHub branch. If downloaded from GitHub, make sure to follow the proper procedures for upgrading extensions and to place the files in the /ext/phpbbservices/selectivemassemails folder.
