If you recently installed or updated to phpBB 3.3.1, be aware there is a bug that affect mobile displays. It is discussed here and you can see the code changes required here.
After making the changes, make sure to purge your board’s cache: ACP > General > Purge the cache
This will be fixed when phpBB 3.3.2 is released.
